The color scheme remains deliberately minimal, maintaining the brand's classic and chic aesthetic. However, the introduction of new typefaces brought a fresh dynamism to the site's textual content. By emphasizing component-driven design and consistent usage, we achieved a modern, almost ethereal ambiance. This careful evolution of the brand's visual language has not only preserved its identity but also invigorated it with a contemporary, airy allure, offering a new perspective while remaining quintessentially familiar.
The marketing site, built on Webflow, allows for rapid creation and updating of content, ensuring the marketing team can swiftly deploy campaigns and updates without compromising shopping site performance. The e-commerce portion, hosted on a Shopify Plus subdomain, focuses on transactional efficiency, providing a streamlined experience for approved salon professionals.
The bridge between these two platforms is the salon application process. When a salon is approved, they automatically receive a link to activate their Shopify Plus account, gaining access to the products they need to serve their clients. This is a true B2B Shopify Plus e-commerce store.
Integrating HubSpot and Klaviyo into Covet & Mane's ecosystem enables a sophisticated blend of customer relationship management and targeted email campaigns. Application submissions from salon professionals flow into HubSpot, allowing sales and service teams to engage effectively. Meanwhile, Klaviyo's integration across both Webflow and Shopify platforms supports the creation of dynamic email flows and targeted campaigns, triggered by specific user actions or criteria, enhancing marketing precision and customer engagement.
Introducing AfterPay for salon professionals addresses the high costs associated with purchasing hair extensions, facilitating better cash flow management. This payment option allows for spreading out the expense over time, making it more manageable for professionals to invest in high-quality products for their salons.
Developing a bespoke quick checkout page for Covet & Mane significantly streamlines the purchasing process for salon professionals who often reorder the same products. This custom solution enables users to quickly add products and variations from any collection through a single page, bypassing the need to navigate through multiple product detail pages and collections. This efficiency enhancement facilitates a smoother, faster shopping experience, tailored to the unique needs of routine buyers.
